This has been a six months experiment. Growing avocado plants. It's one of my first attempt on growing something from scratch by myself. I think I am doing alright because as you can see, it's something - right? It's getting colder now so the plants are not growing as fast as they should, because they want sun. I hope they will survive the winter. Crossing all my fingers!!!

Hello. I'm still here, just a bit off. Trying to understand the Stockholm-life, and experience new things. I'm doing good over here. And together with my sister it's always easier. I asked her what she wanted to eat for lunch today. She answered fruit salad. Well, fruit salad it is!

This morning we woke up seeing this. It's soon the end of our time here in Strömstad, at this hotel, with this amazing and fun kitchen-team. But when one thing ends, something else begins. Update from last: I've turned 21, me and my sister had an amazing sushi-date yesterday and...yup, we are trying to do our best the last days at work. Hope you all have a great Friday so far. One of my dreams and also my sisters dreams came true the other day. We finally got to experience a forest full of mushrooms - Chantarelles, and we even got to pick them ourselves. It's just the feeling going out in the nature, finding these rare mushrooms and then see it on a plate. We just had one problem...our freezer is too little for all the mushrooms. Haha. Another fun story is - drumrolls* - me and my sister are moving to Stockholm next week!! New city, new apartment and also, a new job. It's funny because me and my sister has always said that we will never ever live in Stockholm because of the crowd, we're not a big fan of the big cities. But as my sisters boyfriend said: " Never say never."

Nice experience, extra plus for Sweden's beautiful nature.

Look! My sisters new umbrella. The largest and most beautiful umbrella I've ever seen. It makes me happy on rainy days, now when the summer is over. The last few days I've been away on different adventures. Zip line was one of them (I might post something about that later). Now it's back to work, haven't seen my sister for a while either. Feels empty. We live under the same roof, work at the same place, but we only see eachother the minutes before I start work and the minutes before she finishes work. But tomorrow we're working the same hours! Going to read a bit before I get dressed for work. Hugs.

Maybe sometimes I just want us to have less fun when we're together, so it feels like we're with eachother longer.

Goodmorning. Just finished packing my bags, getting ready to finally go home for a couple of days. I can't wait to hug my family and eat moms food again. And also I am so so so looking forward to meet someone very special to my sister. This is going to be a great week. Hope you all will have a nice one too.
