Monday! Woke up this morning much earlier than I thought I would, because this weekend I've been with the Culinary Team having our setup. But I had such a good time with them, so it was worth all the missing sleep-hours. Have been spending my monday

So, it's snow in Stockholm! A lot! And it's beautiful. My sister left for a long vacation to her husband, she hates the cold so it was a good timing for her haha. I finally started to workout again, after four weeks of just working night shift I've been
too lazy to go to the gym early in morning. Now I'm working different hours so it fits perfectly! Also the gym is so close.

Early morning "breakfast" at a new pastryshop here in Stockholm. The Hazelnut Croissant Swirl was soooo good!!! The Glazed Cinnamon Bun was less good. Hahah.
6 months.
This has been a six months experiment. Growing avocado plants. It's one of my first attempt on growing something from scratch by myself. I think I am doing alright because as you can see, it's something - right? It's getting colder now so the plants are not growing as fast as they should, because they want sun. I hope they will survive the winter. Crossing all my fingers!!!

Hello. I'm still here, just a bit off. Trying to understand the Stockholm-life, and experience new things. I'm doing good over here. And together with my sister it's always easier. I asked her what she wanted to eat for lunch today. She answered fruit salad. Well, fruit salad it is!
